The staff was friendly and helpful. A few maintenance issues on the property but no maintenance person on site until the next day to resolve. It snowed a few inches overnight, but no one cleaned the steps off at the back of the property where guests were using this side of the building to access their cars and take their dogs out. Property was clean and tidy.

I had a major family emergency and could not make my trip to Steamboat with my 5 yr old son. While I was told by the manager of the hotel that I would receive a refund, I just found out that he lied to me. The hotel decided days later to change their mind and NOT refund my $400. Knowingly NOT refunding after they sold my room.

Great location and a well kept and clean property! The rooms are modern and have plenty of space to work or play on electronics with multiple charging ports and areas to sit and the furniture is comfortable and clean! A friendly staff there 24 hours a day to make sure you’re taken care of! The rooms are well designed to utilize the space and the kitchen was a nice addition to the room itself with all you need to cook or store food and drinks and make it seem like home! The outdoor fire pit was a hit with my son and they have all the stuff there for making smores! Breakfast was excellent and included with the cost of the room which is awesome! We will stay here again! I highly recommend staying at this hotel! The only drawback is their lack of parking in the front for checking in and out. It would be nice to have a few designated spots for checking in and out, especially on cold winter days.
