Gather your crew and spread out in this spacious 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom multi-level townhome—just 5 blocks from the Steamboat Ski Area. Perfect for large families or groups, this home offers a mix of shared spaces and private bedrooms, with two living rooms, a private hot tub, 2-car garage, and plenty of storage for all your mountain gear.

From the moment you walk in, you’ll feel the space and warmth of the cathedral ceilings, open-concept great room, and huge picture windows. The main floor features a welcoming living area with a large sectional, gas fireplace, and flat-screen TV, opening to a private deck with a hot tub, gas grill, and seating for six. The updated kitchen and dining area are great for cooking and gathering, and there's a half bath conveniently located nearby.

The main-floor primary suite offers a peaceful escape with a king bed, seating area, en suite bathroom, and direct access to the hot tub deck.

Downstairs, a second living/media room features a 60-inch TV, wet bar with mini fridge, and comfy seating—perfect for movie nights or game days. This level also includes two twin bedrooms, a full shared bathroom, and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

We were not allowed into the property until 30 minutes after the scheduled check-in time, and when we were finally permitted inside, the maids were still cleaning because the house was in very poor condition.The home was not prepared for our group of 13, despite the company knowing our party size in advance. There were only 5 towels provided, and we had to call to request additional ones.The property itself was unsafe and poorly maintained. Multiple floorboards were coming loose with nails sticking up, creating a serious safety hazard. We attempted to secure them ourselves. The silverware drawer fell off when opened, and the patio table was broken and unsafe. Even after reporting it, the table was left in place.The floor plan and bed configuration were misrepresented. The listing advertised two queen beds, but there were two twin beds instead. Additionally, the pull-out couch was not usable, which resulted in four children sleeping on the floor during our stay.Due to the number of issues, the company issued a partial refund on day two, which we appreciated. However, further problems continued. Beginning on day two, when everyone began showering, the water was ice cold. The maintenance worker confirmed that one of the water heaters was broken, meaning only the first two people each day received hot water. The rest of our group had freezing showers for the remainder of the trip.Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing, unsafe, and not what was advertised.

Good value for money

Good location and good value for money being one of the cheapest options in the area. As others noted, pretty worn down, but not a huge deal. Note that one of the rooms listed as "two queen beds" is actually two twin beds. Both rooms w/ multiple beds are twin beds--not one queen/queen and twin/twin as the listing states.

Just "Okay"

We have rented many condos, townhomes, and houses over the years. This is the first time that I have ever felt that we have paid more $$ than for what we got! I have never written a negative review, but, please note that this is a tired condo. There is plenty of space, but it is crying for a facelift! The kitchen was not particularly well stocked, the furniture is quite worn, and a can of paint or two would be welcomed. We had a great time in Steamboat, because, well, it's Steamboat, but we chose in error with this condo, Also, we lived with the previous renter's massive garbage pile in the garage due to the Property Management Company's lack of response.

Great location and s

We loved the location and the space. Convenient, cozy, and spacious. The place could use a little TLC as there were a handful of maintenance things but nothing major. Biggest complaint is there were only 4 coffee mugs which caused some riffs in relationships.
