Brand new Anderson windows and doors were installed throughout the home in 2023, and new luxury VLT floors were added in 2025. Enjoy great ski mountain views, a flat driveway (no steep incline), a washer and dryer, a 2-car garage, and a private hot tub. No smoking permitted.

This renovated Steamboat home is ideally situated just 1.7 miles from the Steamboat Springs Ski Resort and 2.5 miles from Downtown Steamboat Springs. Originally renovated in 2018 and further updated in 2023 and 2025, the home features a hot tub perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing, hiking, or biking. You'll love waking up to panoramic mountain views from the wraparound decks.
