Urban Street 2886 by Mountain Vacation Lodging is an upscale modern mountain property that features air conditioning in upstairs bedrooms, a private rooftop hot tub, beautiful views, a gourmet kitchen, plus a bedding setup that will work very well regardless of your group dynamics. This townhome is brand new in autumn 2022, so the architectural style is much more fresh and modern than most Steamboat Springs vacation rentals. You will enjoy top quality finishes and furnishings throughout the property and a layout that provides opportunities for gathering together as a group or some quiet time to yourself. The rooftop patio is heated and has built in drains for rain or snowmelt, which means you can enjoy this space year round. Though it's located next to another townhome, it feels very private and the views are fantastic! In the winter you're only a minute or two from the Wildhorse Gondola. In the summer you're walking distance from fishing at Casey's Pond and tubing the Yampa via the Yampa River Core Trail.

It's only a 3 minute drive. â Transportation: Steamboat's free bus has multiple routes picking up and dropping off very close by. The Deer Creek Walton Creek stop is only 120 meters from your door, and the Quality Inn stop is just 220 meters. -- Views: To the east you have Mt. Werner, the ski resort, Buffalo Pass, and Fish Creek Canyon. To the west you have Emerald mountain. The stargazing is spectacular on clear evenings Arrival, Access, and Parking: â Accessing the Property â Multilevel townhome. Access from the garage to the entry level requires no stairs. The house was perfect. Well stocked, comfortable, super clean and the communication with the management company was excellent. House was well stocked and it was super easy to get to the gondola base everyday. Hot tub on the roof had great views. We will definitely rent again!!!
This is a really nice, comfortable condo. Everything is in good working order, the gathering areas are perfect, well-furnished and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some good meals for our group of 5 adults. The public bus stops close to the condo and runs every 10 minutes to the ski area. We are experienced travelers and highly recommend this place for a worry free and pleasant stay.
Great place to stay for a family of 6 on a ski trip. Very close to the base of the mountain. We ended up driving to the base each day to the parking garage but there are shuttles close to the house that would have been easy. The house made it easy to cook meals in for some of the nights we wanted to stay in. The hot tub on the roof was a big plus! The heated garage with boot dryer/warmer was amazing. Would come back for sure
Everything was as described or better. It was a very comfortable space for our group of 6 plus a baby. The hot tub and the view from there were great after skiing.
The condo was wonderful. High end appliances, comfortable beds, jacuzzi. Everything was top notch. Very short distance to both gondola square and Yampa River bike trail. Easy drive to downtown. Very close to pickleball, tennis and soccer fields. Hosts were incredibly easy to work with. We had two very minor problems handled within hours. Extremely happy with Mountain Vacation Lodging.
My family of 5 stayed with another family of 4 for a spring break ski vacation. The house has plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen/living area was great for nightly dinners. Overall we had a great stay. I would definitely recommend this house. larger grouo.
Property was just as listed in photos. Hot tub on roof was amazing and clean. Garage had plenty of parking for our SUV and 6 bikes.
Kitchen was well stocked and loved the deck off the living room. There are a lot of steps being a 4 story property so be ready for that :)

We stayed here Labor day weekend. The place is beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked. The roof top deck was our favorite hangout spot. We used the hot tub multiple times. We will rent again when we return to visit our daughter.
Loved out stay. Everyone was able to spread out but still be together and the location was great. Had a great walking path just outside and the neighborhood is wonderful. While there was no AC everywhere, fans were provided and kept it cool enough on the hotter afternoons. We would stay there again for sure.
Stayed with my family and my sisters family over spring break and loved the place. Everything was new and clean. The main living area of dining, kitchen and living room was spacious and comfortable. Rooftop hot tub with views of the slopes and surrounding mountains was so nice after a full day snowboarding and even nicer in morning when stiff. Only things i would improve is the top door to rooftop was hard to close
From the moment I booked our stay at this property, I knew it was going to be a top notch experience. The customer service and quick communication with the property manager was excellent. Prior to our arrival, they made sure we had everything we needed from grocery delivery to transportation information. The property was extremely clean and was perfect for the group. Rooftop hot tub was definitely an amazing amenity to the property! The location is a little far from the town, but easy to get to via bus or uber. However, the location to the ski resort was amazing! A quick walk to the gondola or bus ride to the ski base made for the perfect location to enjoy a ski trip. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Steamboat!
Loved this unit. Great location close to the ski mountain. Can't say enough wonderful things about this rental. Spacious and comfortable for our family of three young adult kids and one partner. The condo is new, clean, tastefully decorated with all the basics and additional thoughtful amenities - groceries and games. Large windows allowing lots of natural light. Boot dryer in garage got lots of use based on all the snow. We loved this unit and will definitely stay here again!
