This spacious and well-appointed 4 BD / 4.5 BA townhome has a mountain view. The large slate tiled entryway has a bench and plenty of coat hooks as well as a half bath with a pedestal sink. The well-equipped kitchen has granite counter tops and slate flooring with marble accents. There is seating for six with comfortable leather chairs at the dining room table and an additional four at the kitchen counter. There is very nice hardwood flooring throughout the living room, dining room and hallway. The dining area steps out to the deck which has very nice mountain and valley views and a bistro style table for four. The living area has a flat screen TV with a DVD player and a gas fireplace. The gorgeous primary bedroom is located on the main floor, flat screen TV, a custom fireplace and an ensuite bath with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The private hot tub and the three other bedrooms are located on the lower level. The hot tub is accessed via a patio door from the 2nd bedroom.

Great location

We enjoyed the location close to the coaster, lifts and mini golf. There was good separation of bedrooms and the mattresses were very comfortable. The description " condominiums offer spectacular views of the Yampa Valley and the slopes of the Steamboat Ski Area from a large private balcony." is somewhat misleading as the balcony is about 10' by 10' and the pin location gave us the impression we would see the Yampa Valley. The unit does have a view of the ski slopes and a path to the slopes that takes about 15 minutes to walk to the ski lift. The Resort personal were very friendly and answered our questions quickly.

We were in Steamboat for a Triathlon, this home was very comfortable and tons of room for all of us. We had adults, teens, and a 5 year old. They had everything we needed for the weekend! Thank you Heidi

Quick getaway

Overall impression was good. Main level is very cozy and laid out well. Felt private even though we were in a sea of condos, that that was nice. Some items need to be replaced and fixed. 2 bars stools were unusable as seats fabric was torn. There were nails in the wall with no picture hanging. Major issue was the directions to the place were wrong. It said -turn when you see sign "the trails"- there is no such sign. Doing our own "maps" we could see where that property was but it didn't match the directions and it took some doing to find the front door. Add to that we had 6 kids in the car and you can imagine it got a tad stressful. Hot tub that was private was a nice feature.

Finding location of unit was initially very difficult to locate even in daylight. Expected to have space in garage for one car but it wasn’t so although we did get parking passes. Unit was great for us especially with private hot tub. Not to difficult to get here from mountain but would be for young children. Kitchen well stocked shuttle passes are only for evening transferS.

Nice two level condo with a good view.

Nicely accommodated two families of four. Two separate sitting areas helped everyone spread out. The private hot tub with mountain views was a welcome apres ski spot. Note to future renters: The cable only worked on one of the units four TV's and we could not use the unit's garage for our car when we arrived as promised.
