I was very pleased with this unit. It had everything i needed. I will certainly stay here again on future trips. The management was very quick and helpful in response to questions. This unit even had AC--not too many have that and it was very comfortable. Can't go wrong staying here while enjoying Steamboat!

4/10 Poor

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Room was nice but the methy upstairs neighbor decided to come home at 10:30 both nights I was there and start moving all his furniture across the floor and drop everything he could at random times just as I was about to fall asleep. I would pound on the ceiling which has to be the thinnest in history of all buildings and he would stop for a little while, but be right back at it as soon as I was about to fall asleep again. Contacted the rental company and they said they'd contact the HoA. That did absolutely nothing. Thought about calling the cops but that's not something I really wanted to deal with at 1:00 in the morning.

The views and the location were fine. ANd the unit was very clean. However, it is SUPER SMALL! And, the queen bed mattress was terrible. Had a big sag in the middle, so the second night, my wife slept on the pull-out sofa, which had the same problem. Otherwise, I guess you get what you pay for.
