Cleaning: We have a dedicated, 2 person cleaning team that only cleans our home and no others! Our Cleaning Team: Completes a thorough cleaning and sanitizing of the home after every guest stay. Completes a second sanitizing and cleaning/inspection of the entire home after the initial cleaning and sanitizing has been done. Uses a detailed check list for every cleaning. Check List available upon request. New, Supersize washer and dryer - ALL linens and laundry are done onsite. We supply every guest stay with new, unopened: Soap dispensers, Paper towels and bath tissues.

6 BEDROOMS and 4 FULL BATHS with beds to sleeps up to 12 guests.
Our 4000 square foot home was built in 2004. It is beautifully equipped to accommodate up to 12 people!

Our home borders the Famous Whitefish Dunes State Park with private Sand Beach. It is NOT directly on the water but our private sand beach is just a 2 minute walk (or 194 feet) from our front door. Located in an exclusive, secluded area, bordering Whitefish Dunes State Park (1000 acre park), yet only 15-20 minutes from the quaint village shops. Hike and bike out your front door!
HUGE Game room offers:

- Full-size Ping pong table.
- Full-size air hockey.
- Electronic dart board
- Full size (9' long) shuffle board table
- card table, chairs and sofa.

LARGE GREAT ROOM offers: cozy fireplace, plenty of comfortable seating with 2 FULL size leather sofas, reclining chair, 55 flat panel TV (new 2020) with cable, DVD player and stereo with WI-FI.
KITCHEN: Huge Gourmet Kitchen offers: microwave, NEW glass cook top oven, TWO Full size refrigerators (extra refrigerator in kitchen area) dishwasher, 2 coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, Blender and tons of cabinets and counter space, snack bar that seats 4, dining table for 11 plus high chair.
LAUNDRY ROOM: NEW Washer, NEW Dryer and Sink

OVERSIZED MASTER BEDROOM with king bed, TV (65" flat screen-new 2019), DVD. Extra large Balcony (6 ft x 17 ft). Huge Master Bath: Gigantic, two person whirlpool (six by five foot). HUGE SHOWER (8ft x 5ft) with massaging jets and shower heads on two opposite sides with a rain shower overhead!!

Additional:
LINEN SERVICE: $350 - $475, Depending on the number of guest (2 -12 guest range) and number of beds needed. We have of pillows, blankets and comforters. You can bring your own sheets, towels etc…or we offer a “Linen Service". The linen service included sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes for all guests. We also include bath mats and dish towels. If you choose the linen service we will send you a payment request for this service.

CLEANING: There is a minimum home cleaning fee, which usually covers the cleaning. This charge has already been added to your rental. If additional cleaning is needed, @$35.00 an hour, will be taken out of your damage deposit. To avoid additional cleaning charges please leave the home in good condition so our cleaning team can finish in the allotted amount of time.
