Loud and obnoxious guests around rooms. People were drunk and partying until 5:00 am. Rooms close to ours were loud and obnoxious. No one at front desk to call and complain to so had to deal with not sleeping entire night.

Hotel rated

Room smelled musty. The toilet got clogged and sink backed up when you turn faucet on for a while. Shower water pressure was low. Rooms need a facelift. No blackout curtains so you woke up early. Disappointed on fish boil as they use cod. The view was the only thing that was beautiful but that’s Mother Nature

We did assist and help you when you informed us of the clogged toilet. We are very sorry that you were unaware that we use cod for our fish boils, we are happy to use cod so we try to make it appoint to let our guests know. Thank you for all of your concerns, we appreciate your feedback and will look into these as well.

Left in the dark!

Power went out about 7:30 pm...no staff came to our room to talk, bring flashlight, or lantern. No back-up generator on premises. When I suggested staff go to nearby stores for flashlights, their faces remained blank and no responses. A truck was parked outside entrance to hallway with lights on to provide some light in hallway. Apparently the entire area was dark...no staff made calls to find out problem or resolution. I contacted police to inquire. No one knew anything other than it was being worked on to resolve. Power restored about 8:30.

Return visit

Pros: Location, friendly staff, good food at onsite bar. Great place to hangout after being out and about all day.
Cons: Uncomfortable mattresses on beds.
Location: Great location, kayaking, paddleboard etc. on site. Shopping and short trips throughout Door County.
Another enjoyable stay at the Beach Harbor Resort. It is an old school motel with a good location. Very nice people. We always enjoy hanging out at Waterfront Mary's and the food is good. We always have a very nice relaxing time.
