Lovely Stilt 2Bd/2Ba with 35' Dockage
This beautiful sparkling clean 2Bd/2Ba stilt home is located right off the open water to offer amazing open water views and offers elevated living from the main floor for great tropical breezes from every room in the home! A fisherman's delight, the dock is 35' in length and is equipped with dock posts, fish table, swim ladder and cleats. Downstairs under the open air breezeway offers lounge chairs for relaxing by the water's edge. Under the covered patio is a concrete table with benches for your outdoor enjoyment. Swim or fish right from the seawall. For your convenience we are providing you with access to the storage room to stow your fishing and diving equipment.

The main living room is open and bright with high ceilings and is surrounded by windows and sliding glass door that leads to the covered porch for outdoor dining and to absorb those gorgeous tropical views. Kitchen offers full line of appliances with center island dining area. Living room features a spacious open floor plan with flat screen television, FREE in house wireless internet and sleeper sofa. Master bedroom features a queen bed with mirrored closet doors, private full size bathroom. Guest bedroom features a queen size bed with access to a covered patio, full bathroom access and mirrored closet storage.

Additional amenities include central air conditioning with heat, ceiling fans, tile floor, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, BBQ grill, storage room, covered parking, 3 kayaks, 1 bicycle.

Location, Location, location

All though we are from South Florida we try to travel to the Keys once a year. This is the second year in row we stayed here and if we return next year we will try and stay at this house again. Great location that is easy to get in an out of with the boat and has a great view. Also the house is clean and has just about everything you need for your stay.

Wonderful experience!

I would highly recommend this house. It had everything we needed, we loved the location, very clean and the views from the porch were amazing. The only thing we were disappointed in was the number of bikes. It advertises 4 bikes but there were only 2 so we were not able to ride bikes together (family of 3). We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful place, beautiful view!

We arrived easily, went up the stairs & looked out at an amazing view & tropical breezes. House is open concept & views from inside. Plenty of beach towels, big kitchen island, comfy beds. If there aren’t kayaks there (or you need an additional one…we needed a 2 person kayak with a 1 person), we reached out to KEYAKS & they delivered us a kayak (fishing kayaks & paddle boards too) an hour later!! & not too expensive. We kayaked every day. Caught fish. The community is so cute. You can easily rent a golf cart to get to & from the pool or community store. Short walk otherwise. Great spot if you have a boat!! We loved it & would stay again:)
