Find a cheap Hotel in Sunburst Estates

"Pool could have been a few degrees warmer. Staff were pleasent and very helpful. Ask for a printed copy of you receipt at the end of the stay.....we had several charges to our room for meals. When the staff checked receipts it was clearly not our signsture. They accomodated us and removed the extra charges."

"I forgot how annoying parking is here. Had to hike 10min each way to P2. Staff are nice, room is dated and basic not worth the price paid, no microwave. Spa zone, the steam room sauna room and chill room are great! Hot tub was so foamy I didn’t dare. "

"Overall the hotel is a bit older looking but generally clean. Many rooms have adjoining doors for family stays however if your neighbours are loud it can be noisy. The gym is a bit outdated and the floor is often wet as guests towel off indoors from the hot tub. Finally our bed was caving inward from age/use and should have been replaced. The location is excellent, the staff are friendly and there is a ski lockup room with free locks available. "

"We loved the location of this hotel and I loved the view from our room which was a view of the Gentle Giant ski run. I didn’t appreciate that they didn’t have daily maid service, considering how much we paid to stay here. There was a slip that you could fill out to request towels. I put that in and they called and said that I had to come down to the front desk with my dirty towels and they would give me clean ones. They couldn’t deliver the towels because they had too many bookings, but weren’t apologetic at all for the inconvenience. Apologies in my book go a very long way and a smile and how is your stay go a mighty long way, but we received none of those common greetings that you typically get at other hotels. I must add that when I asked for a cleaning towel and cleaner so that I can clean the bathroom myself, they had sent someone up anyway to clean the bathroom. I need to acknowledge that. The hotel needs a major update as well. With a renovation update and training staff to be more welcoming and gracious, this hotel could be a 5. "
