"Came down from train station right to the doorstep of the hotel, super convenient. Room was clean and decently spacious. Aircon was a bit wonky. Staff was friendly and helpful, highly recommended "

"I hardly slept on my 3 night stay. The pictures show it as a private room but there is no ceiling so you are technically in a cubical sharing a room with 8 other very loud people. The noise was completely unreasonable and I will never stay at this property again. The slamming of the doors, crunching wrappers, coughing at 3am made me want to leave as soon as possible. The bed and pillows are made of fake leather and blankets and towel must be rented for a daily fee. Worst place I have stayed in Japan by far. I wish I could get my money back"

"Staff service were good Outlet in the room and the entire hotel had only 2 prong outlet, no adapters available for the guest. Were told to buy one if I needed to recharge my laptop."

They have English speaking agents for foreign travelers. The room was compact bur efficient. You use a key code to enter the building and your room. A short walk from Kokura station and the castle park, there are a lot of dining options and shopping nearby. "
