The hotel is very well situated, close to shopping, transport and restaurants. The hotel is very quiet and the staff are extremely friendly. The bed and pillows were not to my liking but very clean and well presented.

This hotel had everything that you would need. Breakfast was wonderful. Very nice, compact and cosy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Short walk to the mall. Would definitely stay here again.

Welcoming staff, Suki, and the very helpful chef at breakfast who helpfully explained the gluten free options. Rafter friendly and helpful too. Room was cleaned well.

The room was clean and pleasant but very small. I liked that I could forgo daily room service. The staff were pleasant but sparce. There is a bar in the reception area but it was difficult to tell if it was operating as the whole area had one staff member and they were busy with check ins. Included breakfast was a bonus but lack of a restaurant at night a negative. The only close option was the Coffee Club next door which had a very limited menu. Not having a car made it difficult to reach other venues in the dark. Pleasant enough stay but not as good value as Meriton Apartments for a similar price (except the weekend I stayed, where the Sydney Marathon ensured most venues were well booked and expensive).
