Bed was terrible you can’t even sit on it moving all over the floor. No quit or blanket only flat sheet. I have to check out because can’t sleep on that bed. Pillows are in very bad shape.

You get what you pay for with this property - very basic amenities that work well (no complaints with this). The only issue I had was with the aircon - had to try a few different rooms to find one that worked properly (which the staff were great about). But then the heat stopped working half way though the night so it became quite cold.

The bed was very comfy and the hot water had good pressure. Best of all the service provided by Adrian in reception was second to none. He provided extra pillows and blankets and good local advice on directions to a Lebanese Restaurant

Asked for a quiet room and got one with a window that wouldn't close, was quickly moved to another. One day I left the Do Not disturb paper on the door and room service went in anyway just for the rubbish. When I wanted room service it wasn't done. I think I only got it once in 6 days and they didnt even tidy up the bathroom. Then, after I left they charged me again!

The property was very small and not well maintained, there was blood on the doona on the bed and the customer service at check-in was horrendous
