I booked a week-long stay at the Y.E.H.S. Hotel Sydney Harbour Suites, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The pictures online did not match the reality of the property. There's a reason that the featured photo is of the restaurant next door. The room was filthy, with messy walls and a lot of dust throughout the room. The bathroom was nearly unusable, the water temperature in the shower would swing from scalding hot to cold instantly, making it uncomfortable and unsafe. The rooms were very outdated and in serious need of renovation. I was there with my son, and we did not feel comfortable staying. We left after the first night because it simply wasn’t a place we could continue to sleep in. The only positive was the friendliness of the staff, but sadly, that wasn’t enough to make up for the poor condition of the hotel. This property needs a major overhaul before I could recommend it to anyone.

Clean room, just a bit noisy after 10pm street noise. Bathroom was amazing. Pool was great. Parking a bit tight, but very convenient.

Was very close to Darling Harbour, Sydney town centre and china town. Great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned daily. Only thing to note was bed was very firm. Good value for area.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only negatives were, the spa timer didn't last more than 50 seconds, after trying with severe attempts we gave up. The other was, shower hose in bathroom, had water spurting out at the joint of hose and shower head. Over all a good place to stay and would again.

Staff were really friendly and they did everything to make the stay good. The room was dated and very tired. Lots of things broken in room, mould on window surrounds, not lots but sills etc could do with a clean. Couldnt change the air con which meant the room was quite hot. It wasnt bad but i wouldnt stay here again.
