I was a solo traveller for one night and needed to be close to the domestic airport. This suited my needs perfectly. The room was great for just me on level 2, a good King size bed and a great shower. The room was clean and the staff were very helpful in all regards. I’d stay here again!

Staff at reception were very professional and friendly. Easy to check in. Location of the property a bit difficult to find it if you are taking public transport to get there. Location, timetables and pick up times for shuttle buses should be more precise.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly. On site restaurant was a bit depressing, food was average but staff were lovely. One big let down was that the guy manning the booth to pay for airport transfers was incredibly abrupt, not a nice way to start our journey. This is sad as the rest of the staff we dealt with were very nice

Unwelcoming, bland

Met with sullen staff. Asked for extra pillows due to health condition. They found one. Room and bathroom very compact. Not worth the price in my view. We were able to walk from the domestic terminal in about 15 minutes and 10 minutes walk to Mascot for a variety of dining options
