Nice apartment with balcony. 5 rooms shared one bathroom with the toilet in the bathroom which was not ideal. When the description said shared bathroom I thought there would be more than one. Online check in was convenient however the amount of personal information they asked for was concerning.

We were extremely impressed by our stay at the lodge! The service was great and we were welcomed very warmly by the owner which made our stay very special. The room was stylish and clean and we felt very comfortable staying here. The location was also great - being just a couple minutes walk from the station and nearby to a woolies and lots of food and cafe options. I would highly recommend staying here, we will definitely be returning when we next visit Sydney, and will be recommending the lodge to any friends travelling here. Thank you very much for such lovely accomodation

We loved everything about our stay. The room was so cosy but still big enough. The decoration was beautiful with 3windows in the room. Shared bathroom was fine if you are not in a hurry. The wonderful French lady at the reception was sufficient and super nice. We were very lucky and got a parking right outside the hotel

We arrived around 10:30pm to the property and called the out of office number to get access to the hotel. After going back and forth for a little while we eventually gained access to our room 40 mins later…after a few more phone calls. We found this really frustrating after 24 hours of travelling. It would have been much more useful to have information on how to access the property before we arrived rather than when we arrived and out of hours. The TV in the room also didn’t work :( apart from this the accommodation was well positioned, only a short walk from the nearest station and metro.

Small, needs maintenance
The place is a slight step up from a hostel. The room is on the smaller side of things, and the shared bathroom is a bit off putting, not to mention how small the bathroom is. My room also had an issue with the floors, where everytime I’d take a step, it would rattle the window sill. It’s a nice place if you just need a bed to sleep in, but even for that it’s a tad overpriced.
