The room was clean, not as soundproof as we thought it would be. The toilet paper is wafer thin, can see your fingers through it. The bed had completely had it, there’s soft and then there’s the mattress needs replacing. Pillows were good. This is a high traffic high charge hotel, except more for the money but it’s so convenient to go to the airport. I’d stay again for early flights, book well in advance otherwise it costs the same as a 6 star hotel in the CBD.

This hotel was in a very good location. To use the free airport shuttle from the domestic airport call the hotel ahead. This hotel is located right across the street from the international airport. This is great to catch the train to get to anywhere. Very convenient. My room faced the airport. It was really neat to see the planes land and take off. Great place. Friendly staff too

All was good except for check in. Only 1 person available. And it took a long time even once I was with check in person. I needed some printing done for cruise documents and they were very helpful and efficient. Loved the Astro restaurant.

Staff were not helpful, never responded to a request for help in getting the TVs working (called 30 min after check-in). Room was ok, not worth the money we spent ($600+ per night). Food at the restaurant was terrible and very overpriced as well. Coffee bar didn't open until 11 AM on the weekends. We checked out at 7:30 AM.

All good in the hotel in general but the check-in was a bit of a gong show. Be careful if you booked and paid the same day and then tried to check-in in person at their on-line check in to skip the line up, you will pay twice - I almost did and then had to get to the back of the line and was told by the receptionist ‘oh yes that can happen if it’s a same day booking 😬 breakfast didn’t have too many healthy options but was adequate

Room was clean, coffee was available in room. The hotel was less than half full but was given a room overlooking the beautiful parking lot! Yes it was close to departure area but was it worth it? NO...When we booked 10 months prior we asked for as high up as possible...they gave up the 1st floor above guest services. There was a lady behind the check in desk but ushered us over to the check in kiosk-- no customer service at all unfortunately I guess thia is how things are now.
