Room was in average condition, nothing too spectacular, but lower quality than expected based on the photos. The outside is LITERALLY just a shell (unconnected) on top of an old building, so one would think it's a new hotel based on the outside view. Having said that, check in process was very smooth - the front desk person was very cheerful and welcoming! Not bad for the price in Sydney, but it was just missing the edge to get to 4 stars.

Staff were very helpful as for the room it was adequate and comfortable except for the carpet which has seen a lot of abuse and spills and gives a bad opinion and a feeling of unclean.

The room is a good deal in Sydney, near transit. The sofa is a good to sleep with sheets provided for another person. Breakfast is a box with cereal, milk, fruit and juice plus a kettle in the room (coffee and tea provided).

I’ll stay at the property was quite good. There tends to be a lot of traffic noise, but it didn’t really affect our stay. We asked for a quiet room in advance. The parking is first come first served. Some spaces are difficult to get into if you have a medium to large size car. Overall our day was really good. The room was clean and it was handy to have a kitchenette.

Wasn’t a bad hotel but wasn’t the best. The included breakfast is just a breakfast box that’s supplied. Room was serviced most days but not always cleaned properly. Great location however and easy entry and exit to the hotel. Privacy is respected well. Probably would stay there again for the price paid compared to other places
