This hotel is so tired and is overpriced for what’s on offer. During our stay, there were issues with the lifts which meant it took an age to move between floors and the trip to the 30th floor felt perilous! The furniture in the bedrooms is old and damaged and 4 pillows between 3 guests felt generous for a 5 star hotel!

Bed had a strange hollow part in the middle which made it uncomfortable. Flight cancellation meant I missed my first night, rang ahead to advise, told it was noted, arrived next day and booking couldn’t be initially found - manager attentive in wanting to track down root cause for this but made no difference to me. Great location but hotel a bit tired

The property is only 3 stars maximum. Itvis badly dated and needs renovation. Some lifts have a panel of buttons that don't work, and the lift call buttons on one side of the corridor are covered so you can't push them. The woodwork in the room is damaged and dented. The bathroom sink is a pedestal with no place to put toiletries. My friends and I could not access the lounge and bar on level 31, even though we each paid $976 for two nights, unless we paid another $67 each. So I went to a bottle shop and bought drinks and snacks and we went to one of our rooms instead. Not pleased at all.

If you need to go to the quay or into the city you have the best of both worlds. A short stroll down to circular quay and the tram stop at the end of the road means you can travel anywhere with ease. The restaurant had a 3 course menu that you could pair with wines and the food was amazing. With highly recommend.

Staff were beyond amazing, so friendly and accommodating, location was fantastic, facilities were great - short walk to the train station that links to the airport and short walk the opposite way to George street light rail and all walkable for small children our twins are 6 and we had a 4 year old no issues that close 10mins walk to the Aquarium Overall very happy and would happily stay again

Location was perfect. Good size rooms.Friendly staff. Room need to be updated as the furniture and carpets are very old. Bath towels are poor quality and one of them had a hole in it. Breakfast very ordinary and they are charging extra for barista coffee and omelettes.This hotel is not a 5 star luxury hotel.
