"Staff was extremely friendly and so very welcoming and helpful. Tyrone-the night desk employee was very helpful, assisted with the heat in our room that I didn’t know how to work. He also was very nice to my grandkids. The pool and jacuzzi area were very clean and well stocked with towels! It was really awesome that there were float/safety jackets available for small children-bcuz my daughter forgot to pack my 6yr old grand daughters. Her swimming experience was enjoyable bcuz she was able to swim and play with her bigger/older siblings and cousins. The woman who was doing the breakfast was also AMAZING!! She kept the buffet trays full & even made us some more food for all the kids. (We had 3 adults and 6 children in our party) despite English being a secondary language-she was quick to use a translator app that I now have on my phone-so that we could converse and understand one another with ease! She is a gem & should be treated as a valuable asset to your hotel! She is warm, welcoming & friendly! My grandson with autism absolutely loved her. She was so very kind and spoke with him despite his being non verbal. I would highly recommend your hotel to everyone!! Your staff is exceptional! Your hospitality is top notch and the sitting areas, indoor & out are very clean and very comfortable! We also enjoyed using your fitness center! We will be back, my daughter decided to have my grand daughter’s birthday sleepover at your hotel! Thank u for making my Mother’s Day stay great. "

"It was a great stay the room was roomy, the Jacuzzi in the bed room was a great touch. Full kitchen that I was able to cook meals, the balcony was great I enjoyed sitting outside. The kids enjoy the movie theater, pool, game room and park. All in all great stay "

"The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Especially loved the kitchen staff for the breakfast buffet. A young man helped me with my dairy allergy and made me an egg since I couldn't have the scrambled eggs. "
