The room isn’t carpeted and there was no room slipper. Floor was very cold. Staff were not so friendly. Hotel doesn’t have any parking. Snow in front of their porch was not cleared although snowfall happened the previous day and it was very slippery. Access to the hotel is not welcoming at all

The staff was wonderful! There is no designated parking for the hotel. There are pay to park options, and they range from $15-$30 for 24 hours. The coffee at breakfast was not hot…. and some grab and go options would be nice. Overall, a great stay for the price!

The staff were courteous and helpful. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Rooms were fresh, clean and incredibly designed. Parking was a bit confusing at first. We will be staying here again. The brewery next door is banging. Super quick walk to the Palace Theater. To the city of Albany; plow your streets and shovel your sidewalks bruh.
