HĂŽtel correct si vue sur le volcan.

HÎtel assez bien situé avec une belle vue sur le lac et le volcan depuis la chambre familliale. Par contre il y a beaucoup de chambre sans vue. HÎtel globalement chÚre en fonction des finitions offertes.

It is unfortunate that I could not check in into the hotel as booked. Your Expedia booking was not accepted by them. The hotel only entertain booking from their own booking agent only

Just okay

The crew is very friendly and accommodating. The room is almost okay. The bedsheet used seems to have blood stains. There are dispensers for body soap and shampoo but they are both empty. The aircon is too noisy that it almost kept me awake all night. The provided parking is safe since it is inside the compound. I wasn’t able to avail of the free breakfast cause I have to leave earlier than 7am. Given all that I mentioned, I feel that the cost is a bit pricey.

Slow service and old room

Can't believe i got a room which so different from what they posted in their ads. The amenities inside the room are too old like the tv, bed, etc. This hotel also lacks manpower. They only have 2 staffs for the entire day. No one to open the gate at the garage. So i have to go down the car and open the gate for myself. The food is not good for it's price as well. Will definitely not recommend this hotel to my friends.

great location with great service

this is not the best hotel in tagaytay. they could have at least invested in wifi repeaters or strong wifi signal especially some of the rooms have weak cell phone signal. but whatever they lack in facilities, they make up with good service from the staff. nice people there. service with a smile best explains the service i got there.

Too many mosquitoes in the room and smells bad when we checked in. Still asked the hotel attendant to spray some perfume to remove the bad odor.

Booked hotel specs not as advertised

The room I booked was not really the one advertised. I got a deluxe "loft" with three single beds, but when we checked in, there were only two single beds and a double mattress at the "loft". There was an electric fan in the "loft"of an air-conditioned room, signifying that the air con was not strong enough to reach the loft. It was also too low for anyone to stand. Totally disappointed!! Even if they changed our room (after much complaining), I still felt ripped off since the room I booked was not as described at hotels.com. Warning: Never again book the deluxe loft or else you will be ripped off!
