The room was neat and tidy and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was also beyond our expectations. We liked it.

Second rate hotel

This is not a good hotel, and how it gets such good ratings is beyond me. It's clearly outdated and badly in need of a renovation. Our room had a bad smell which we could not identify. The lights in the room seemed to be binary: either all on, or all off. A control panel on one of the night stands had separate buttons for each light in the room, but these all just turned everything on and off, so we struggled to see what the point was. The location is OK, being close to MRT stops. But that's really all this place has going for it. This is a second rate hotel, and wasn't worth the price we paid. Didn't try the breakfast, but when you're in Taiwan, you should really eat local breakfast at local shops or stalls.

Okay for a day stay

Service is great and staff is super friendly. I got a room that had no windows and the bed was a bit firm. The room also smelled like someone smoked in it before. Only the left speaker on the TV worked. The shower looked great, it had nozzles for the head, 2 for upper back, and 2 for lower back; however the ones for the back didn't work.

The only reason why I chose this property is because I needed to be in that vicinity for work, and that it’s quite affordable. The rooms are quite spacious. Other than that, I don’t have many other good things to say.

The hotel for every tourist

Definitely worth staying at! The room is huge enough for 3 person with adequate space to open 2 large luggages concurrently. Extremely love the bathroom - comes with built bathtub with jacuzzi function and shower area with built in sauna function!

Check in was easy,. Staff was friendly. Our hotel room didn't have windows, but was large and comfortable. Our bathroom had a bathtub with Jets and stand-up shower. Breakfast is included, which was a delicious mixture of western- and eastern-style foods. The hotel felt safe, too. The one negative is that the property is older, but not unclean.

Wedding Anniversary Staycation

Hotel staff are very friendly. They also helped ua communicate with our drivers who doean’t apeak english. The hotel room we had was absolutely wonderful and clean. The food was very delicious. Wifi in the room is also okay. :) Overall, we really had a wonderful stay. ❤️

Location is okay and check-in was quick service. Breakfast is nice but those waitress always try to teach customers to do this, not to do that and etc., loudly no matter customers understand their language or not.

Old smelly rooms but the hotel staff are great!

The staff is very helpful, polite and attentive but rooms are old and in need of renovation. Two single beds pushed together is not a Queen Bed! Carpets are filthy in the rooms.

service is friendly, location is good, but most time there is NO internet access for my room. Even though technician who said he could not fix it & asked me to join the next room's wifi, most time you can not find that wifi available. The safety box is not working either. Breakfast is not good.
