Great location and view from the room, iPad unit to control for everything in the room makes it fun. Only downside is the size of the room which is pretty small. If you have big luggage then you will struggle with room space as there’s no place to put it apart from the floor.

CitizenM is located at a convenient location with all the key stations a short walk - 5-10mins away . Could get to airport , di hua and xi men conveniently Hotel is clean with easy check in and check out . Internally it is compact and space efficiently used for 2pax . Wish to have more hanging options- space for clothes . Love the open window - as we could see the fireworks from our room !

Wouldnt recommend, especially not for the price and compared to whats around. The good: The staff and front desk was superb and helpful. Its in an exciting area if youre younger 20s or first timer to Taipei. The bad: The comfort of the room was bad. Its very small. The ipad controls are an annoyance not a convenice. The tempereature in my room showed 25C but it was freezing at an 18C the whole visit. I told the front desk and they were able to raise it to 27C from the desk but no change was made. They were kind enough to let me borrow a space heater. The water from the shower always spills over to the toilet area. The view showed in photos was blocked by a balcony and railing so it was quite depressing looking out the window which was also very smudgy and dirty from both inside and outside. The matress had hairs on the side and lifting the top up a bit you can tell it hasnt been cleaned there for a while. I wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone - especially for the price. If you find a deal and you can see pass these annoyances go for it.
