Good location but hotel is quite dated. Room is spacious and beds are comfortable but TV is very small. You cannot adjust the temperature of the air conditioning so the room is not cool enough in the afternoon but too cold during the night.

To the Management and Team at Cosmos Hotel Taipei, My family and I have just concluded a wonderful stay with you, split between two periods (October 10th-12th and October 14th-17th, 2025), and we were so impressed that we had to share our gratitude. A special and heartfelt thank you must go to your outstanding Housekeeping team. The care and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Specifically, we would like to commend Miss Chen Shu Sheng, who managed our Room 0919 for the first part of our stay. Her work was impeccable. We also extend our sincere thanks to Miss Tian Xiao Lang, who took over so seamlessly for the second leg of our trip. Both ladies maintained our room to the highest standard of cleanliness and comfort, making it a true "home away from home." It is always a pleasure to see your housekeeping staff whenever we are in Taipei. Beyond the exceptional housekeeping, the hotel's strategic location is a massive advantage for families. Being within easy reach of the High-Speed Rail, Railway, and Bus/MRT stations made navigating the city with our kids and elderly parents an absolute breeze. Our appreciation extends to every department that made our stay seamless: the Front Office team for their warm welcomes, the Concierge for their assistance, the Security team for ensuring our safety, the Gym staff, and the Breakfast Buffet team for starting our days off right. The hospitality we experienced at Cosmos Hotel Taipei truly touched us. Great job❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍

The hotel is pretty old, got some smell in the room, dare not to use the bath tub. Photos look better than reality. A lot of homeless at the Taipei station at night, a bit scary. Very nice to offer welcome drinks and the location is excellent.

Rooms were not sound-proof as advertised, but other than that we had no issues at with this facility. Rooms were clean every night with amenities, tea, coffee, water replenished. Transportation is key. Would recommend to anyone planning to stay in Taipei.
