I recently stayed at Hannes house from 6 Nov to 8 Nov, and I would like to share some feedback regarding the amenities and sustainability practices observed during my visit.
I understand and appreciate the hotel’s initiative to reduce environmental impact by limiting the provision of items such as toothpaste, slippers, and bottled water. However, I was surprised to find that despite this green initiative, there were no recycling facilities available in the room. This inconsistency raises concerns about the overall effectiveness and transparency of the sustainability policy.
As a guest, I fully support environmentally responsible practices, but I believe they should be implemented in a thoughtful and comprehensive manner. The absence of basic amenities without alternative solutions or clear communication can negatively affect the guest experience.
I hope you will consider reviewing these practices to ensure they align more consistently with your sustainability goals, and that future guests are provided with clearer guidance and appropriate facilities to support these efforts.
