Room was OK, reception staff just fair,Not exactly helpful. Poor breakfast as compared with my visit last year with lots of empty dishes even at 9 am. Will definitely not stay again. For the price in business room I would rather stay in Regent ordinary rooms which impressed me a lot during my past stays.

Overall, it’s an okay hotel in downtown Taipei, but the décor and amenities feel noticeably mediocre. The bathtub is essentially unusable due to its extremely worn condition. I’d only recommend this hotel if you have a strict budget of around USD 100–120 per night… That said, for an additional USD 30–80 per night, hotels like Hotel Indigo or Regent offer a significantly better experience and much better value.

The only good thing of this hotel was a good Japanese public bath, the gym and a half decent breakfast. Otherwise, the hotel location is horrible. Room is not sound proof and it smells horrible. Staff were not very friendly as well. Would definitely not stay here at all.
