Good basic room for one person.

Clean room with a bath. No closet, no desk, no dresser , no chair. Bed against the wall which would be difficult for the person against the wall. Great shower with very warm’ water at best.

Efficient, nice staff - the room was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable. The snack table was a nice touch. The area felt safe and hotel is within a short walk to the train station. I would stay here again.

Limited schedules and ridiculous cleaning policy

The good of it was that there were playrooms. But these are only available during limited hours, such as 10.30am and later. Are my kids the only weird ones getting up around 6am? It didn't make sense why they couldn't open it earlier. The other super negative thing is their cleaning policy. Apparently during covid, they started only cleaning upon request. This must have been profitable, as they now require you to fill in a card each morning to tell them you would like to have your room cleaned. Each morning. One morning we went down and asked, and they were apologized, saying the cleaning staff were fully booked. Say what??? We are paying hotel prices for a shoebox, and won't get room cleaning? Also, we had requested this at 6.30am so it didn't make sense that the schedule was full. After getting visibly and loudly upset, they agreed to clean our rooms each day. But this left a very bad taste in our mouths. Finally, the rooms are TINY. They do not usually come with a bathtub. They also smell vaguely like mildew. And you cannot cancel your remaining nights. Despite that, we suffered the loss and went to another, better hotel.
