Perfect location for shopping and restaurants! The hotel was also very quiet even though it is in a busy area and it was very clean. Great customer service at the front desk and on the Line app (used for check in and hotel contact). Free water, snacks and laundry on 2nd floor. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

Overall, the hotel is very clean and in a great location. The location is steps from bustling streets, <10 minutes to the MRT, and felt very safe (as did all of Taipei). The rooms are as advertised in terms of design and condition. I'm taking off 1 star because I was surprised by the following: - The hotel only does free room cleanings 1x/3days. You can get an additional room cleaning for an extra charge (1000 NTD if I remember correctly). Alternatively, the front desk can direct you to where you can pick up clean towels and throw out your trash yourself. - The hallways and elevator are dimly lit. Thankfully, the area feels

Great Stay

I booked this hotel a day before our trip We booked 2 rooms for 5 days. The hotel location is amazing and accessible to the shops and restaurants. They also have an unlimited snacks, coffee, juices and water. It was perfect for us except they have limited toiletries and the cleaning is only every 3 days(with advance request) So they only cleaned our room once in our 5 day stay. Anyway, besides that comment all I can say it was great stay @ At Home Hotel

We recently stayed at At Home Hotel for three nights and found it to be an incredibly convenient choice for exploring Taipei. Its central location is a major highlight, as it’s close to many of the city’s key attractions and amenities. The hotel’s proximity to the MRT and the main railway station, which provides easy access to southern Taiwan, was particularly impressive and made our travels seamless. The room is nice and clean, just love how they keep the room spotless. The check-in process was highly efficient, though it’s worth noting that you’ll need to have the LINE app set up before arrival, as everything is managed through the app. While this digital approach adds to the hotel’s modern and streamlined experience, it’s something to prepare for in advance to ensure a smooth check-in. One standout feature of the hotel is its emphasis on privacy, with a strict no-guests policy. While this could be inconvenient for those expecting visitors, it wasn’t an issue for us, as there are plenty of cozy cafes and meeting spots nearby. Overall, At Home Hotel offers a comfortable and well-located stay with a focus on efficiency and privacy, making it an excellent choice for travelers looking to explore Taipei with ease.

Nice room but not so nice smell

The service was as good as it possibly could, the staff was friendly and took notes of my personal requests. The room was a little compact but really good quality for the price. I love the bed especially. The drawback is the extremely strong smell of bleach as soon as I walked in the room. It was so strong I wasn’t sure if it was safe to stay in the room. I was too tired to make a complaint as I just flew half the earth and really needed a good sleep.

Location is good if you want to go to the Ximending night market, but don’t believe all the reviews you see. They allow a slighter later check out to guests (12 noon instead of 11 am) on the condition that you give them the highest rating (5 stars or 10 stars).
