Very good in general. The only inconvenience is the air conditioning. I was told It is central controlled, the thermostat in the room doesn’t affect the temperature. I was instructedto turn it off when it gets too cold.

The air condition is very comfortable. The controls are sensible and easy to operate. The breakfast is great with many options to create your own meal. The room is quiet and the shower is good nearest even a safety box in the closet. It has all you need, not fancy, but all satisfactory inconvenient. The prize is more than compatible with others. I will surely come back when I come to that area. Thanks for all the good people running that place! 🌹

Took 10 minutes for the shower to warm up. Mold stains on the ceiling. Shower head leaked. Toilet head leaked. Room was run down. Breakfast, the hot foods were cold and left uncovered.

I book this place for the most expansive day of the year Dec 29-Jan 1st due to lack of HSR capacity traveling south bound to Tainan. I paid over 21,000NYD for this place and I was expecting more. Room was small, wall was hallow. Breakfast is basic, nothing to do in this area and I need Uber/taxi to/from HSR/MRT and everything. Not a convenient location for shopping or transit. Over priced stay, get very little for money. WiFi is also not so great.

Very basic hotel in a decent location. Breakfast buffet available some of the time. There’s a Family Mart and very good Breakfast shop across the street. Free parking.

The check in was easy. Our flight arrived early in the morning and we were offered to check in early for a few. Room is ver clean. Morning Front desk staff every nice however the night staff was out of is mind when he refused to help us with the Uber taxi to the airport. He was rude to the taxi driver and yelled at us when asking for the room key. Never again .

Overall a great hotel

The hotel was good with polite and helpful staffs, but the location to the nearest mrt is a bit further and there was one power point available. So its difficult to charge several devices after your return to the hotel.

Not a good location for being in Taipei. The metro station is more than 1km far and not nice to walking area. The hotel is old and they have not invested much in property.
