This was our second stay at the hotel, and while the views remain absolutely amazing, there are some areas that require attention. The front desk staff, tour staff, and shuttle service were all very approachable, pleasant, and courteous, which made a positive impression throughout our stay.
Unfortunately, cleanliness and service consistency were lacking. Room cleaning was sub-par and needs to be addressed, as greater attention to detail is clearly required. The pool area also requires maintenance—several tiles are broken or falling off, and we witnessed multiple children getting minor cuts, which is concerning.
Breakfast was the most disappointing aspect of the stay. The quality, variety, and overall service need improvement. While the manager was pleasant and receptive, the hostess was not welcoming initially, and the breakfast service overall requires a thorough review.
This hotel has great potential and an incredible location, but improved attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and breakfast service is essential to meet expectations.
