Great room. Nice to have a full-sized refrigerator with ice maker, so you don’t always have to go get ice. Great area of town, close to Tampa and Pinellas county. Grocery stores (including Publix and SuperTarget) and good restaurants nearby. Gas stations nearby in case you have to fill up a rental before returning. Friendly staff. Nice, updated property.

The rooms and service was amazing. Perfect bed, temperature, black out curtains, and amenities. Service at the front desk was amazing. The food was good on the breakfast buffet if you are only there for a day or two, otherwise it never changes and gets tiresome. They only offer turkey sausage as the meat, even though the sign said ham. One day out of a ten day stay did they offer bacon. Considering the breakfast buffet was our main reason for selecting this hotel over others, we will probably stay elsewhere next time. But if the breakfast buffet doesn't matter much to you, the hotel is an amazing stay!

Immediately getting to my room there was a dark piece of hair near sink and it wasn't mine. Upset me immediately. Later I went to get lunch and I was almost attacked by a dog near the downstairs elevator that the owner didn't control. Then she felt the need to make matters worse by going on the elevator with me at that point I experienced a panic attack and she didn't care. I got off instantly. The husband gave me grief. Then later on, I endured severe noise from loud talking children where the parents said nothing. I gave hints didn't work. Then the guest next to me pissed me off by knocking on the wall constantly and slamming toilet seat repeatedly. I had chest pains all night. I have endured severe trauma from this. A woman almost knocked my paper plate down by jumping in front of me and teens playing loud videos at a nearby table during breakfast. I told the front desk this morning about my horrific stay said I would have to wait next week.

The hotel was great, and the manager was amazing! However, my experience with Expedia was terrible. They were unhelpful and never called me back. I will definitely stay at that hotel again, but I will NEVER use Expedia again! I give Expedia 0 stars! I accidentally booked the hotel for a different day, and Expedia did nothing to assist me. Fortunately, the hotel manager placed us in a fantastic room and offered us better rates than Expedia!
