They are under construction. I asked window and quiet room. They gave me a room right beside the elevator and the window was sealed by woods. They did changed my room to high level with partial window covered later. The beds are big, but the room is not quite clean & smelly bathroom. The room temperature control didn’t work - it was cold…They have very good breakfast and a lot of choices. Unfortunately we were rush out that morning. The front desk helps call taxi which was very convenient!

The hotel seems quite old. A facelift is needed (and they seem to be doing it). The struggle I had was that most staff did not speak English, the buffet area meal tags (the majority) were not in English, and some terms(words) were unclear. So improvement is signage. Also, there were almost no diabetic-friendly foods in the buffet area.

I had a unexpected change of fight and had to stay in Taipei for just one night, and ends up here. The building appears aged, but is kept very clean inside. Only one restaurantsl in the hotel, and buffet for lunch and dinner. I don't think there is other restaurants nearby. I ends up ordered dinner with uberEats. The hotel is very close to the airport, but definitely not walkable. I took the train from and back to the airport, only two stops away, from terminal 2, and then about 7 minutes walk to the hotel. I also walked about 8 minutes to a nearby convenience store, FamilyMart I think to get ice coffee and cold beer. The flyby airplane is quite noisy, fortunately, there is no flying airplane at night, so my sleep was not distubed. If you are just staying for a night for transfer and not picky on drink and food, it is a OK choice.

Very nice. Stopped here due to an 11hr layover at the airport. Hotel is close, 5 mins in a taxi. Great way to get 6-7hrs sleep between flights. Rooms are nice, price was good, reception was easy. Really happy

I gave only 2 stars staff and services because when I ask to the buffet area staff for more lettuce leaves for preparing salad “the place lettuce was empty” then He brought me a tray with 5 small pieces of lettuce that looked like they were already used and left over from the previous round. So I just said oh no thanks
