"It was my first time staying there, I made the reservation online but when I got there to check in there’s was nobody in the lobby to take care of us, we waited for 20 minutes and after that I look around to find someone to ask and I found the security guard who was very nice and look for the clerk but she was nowhere! We ended up waiting 2 hours to check in after he made several phone calls trying to get someone there!😡😡 After that they besides to give us an apology they didn’t try to compensate us in anyway! I was expecting at least a discount on our stay or a rain check to eat in the restaurant but they did not do anything and I didn’t like the way they manage this situation!😡"
