I booked A 3 night , pet friendly room over the 4th holiday weekend.Staff was extremely rude. When I tried to get my key card re-keyed so that I could get into my room after hours on 4 July I ended up calling the EMERGENCY number 15 times before somebody showed up. At that point I was told.” Don’t F***ing yell at me. Get the hell out and don’t come back.”
