The area is conveniently located near lots of restaurants, gas stations, coffee shops and near the highway. Staff is friendly and always available. They offer a shuttle to Watertown airport however it doesn’t start until 5am and is a 10-15 minute drive so if you have an early flight be aware of that. The uber was about 25 dollars one way. We loved the heated pool and loved that breakfast is until 10am each day. If you are visiting someone at Fort Drum it is about a 15-20 minute drive.

My previous stays at this hotel chain were always fine. However, this particular location leaves a lot to be desired. Not only did our toilet, not flush properly, but the shower flooded the whole bathroom every time you used it. We requested room service at 8 o’clock in the morning and at 4:30 when we returned to the hotel, nothing was clean. When I called the front desk, they responded housekeeping was gone for the day. No apology no explanation. The pool was dirty and stinky twice. We had to call to get towels replaced because there were none left. The pool area specifically designate an adult needs to be in supervision at all times. However, there were at least 10 to 12 young teen boys in the pool being rough and loud. There was no adult in there with them and we were unable to use the pool until they left an hour later, I would not recommend this property to anyone.
