Great location and amazing view of Boldt castle

Great location and amazing view. Clean and easy to access all the great stuff. Definitely looked like they attempted to renovate the place, but def missed some details. Like rust around the frame of that ceiling tiles. People was definitely great during check in, but the house keeping was okay. Did basic cleaning and layout the sheets, but didn’t even fluff the pillow or tuck the sheets. Maybe it’s just me being picky but never seen that jot done before.

Clean, comfortable and nice location. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Channel view is amazing. Parking is a little cramped. Would stay again.

We had a corner room which I would deffinate get again Views were fantastic. Only we would have liked is our floor vaccumed daily. Little NATS, BUGS were able to get through door from balcony and we had to walk through them to go onto the balcony.

I rode my motorcycle from toronto to have a nice weekend getaway and the riding around the hotel was beautiful. My motorcycle was also safe at night at the parking lot

Check in was easy. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. Our questions about the area were answered and suggestions given. The room was clean and beds comfortable. And the wiew was spectacular, especially at sunset.

We had a fantastic stay at Capt. Thomson’s Resort in Alexandria Bay. Our room was very clean, updated, and comfortable, exactly what you hope for when traveling. The staff were kind and helpful, making us feel right at home. The location is ideal for exploring town and enjoying the waterfront. The views of Boldt Castle from the property are simply beautiful. We’d absolutely return and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
