This tree house is located within a beautiful wooded site, sculpted around majestic hills with breathtaking views of Northern Michigan's natural beauty. All of the amenities and comforts of home are provided including a washer and dryer, a private balcony with a priceless view, and a cozy fireplace. This studio style cabin offers two queen size beds, love seat, reclining chair, and dining table/chairs. Air mattress, pack & play, and high chair available upon request.

Absolutely stunning property! Spotlessly clean and every amenity you could possibly think of. The only thing I’ll note,which is not a complaint, is that the driveway is extremely long and dirt and might be a little difficult to navigate if you have a car that’s low. I had a truck, but I’m sure my minivan could’ve gotten through. again not a complaint. Just something to note. Can’t wait to see this place when he’s finally finished building the rest of his cabins. I’ll definitely be back.

Absolutely heavenly!! Impeccably built and meticulously appointed. Immaculate inside and out. The owners have thought of absolutely everything. The location is secluded but not at all creepy (I would have felt comfortable by myself) and convenient to so many great places to find adventure. We had tickets for two shows at Interlochen during our stay, but honestly it was hard to leave the cottage. We left completely rejuvenated. Best place I’ve ever stayed.

Beautifully built treehouse in a calm, tranquil setting. The hosts are awesome, were easy to communicate and so kind and hospitable. We had a relaxing stay and appreciated how it was located away from tourist areas so we could come back from a busy day and just relax, surrounded by nature, peace and quiet.

An excellent spot for peace and quiet. Reading a few books among the trees was exactly what we needed to unwind. Not too far from Traverse City, Arcadia, Frankfort and other places of interest. Very clean and well appointed. Had everything we needed and then some.

Mini Honeymoon

We stayed 3 nights in August immediately following our wedding. We LOVED this rental. The natural surrounding was just the escape we needed. We spent our days exploring the Lake Michigan beaches and in the evening made dinner and spent time by the fire. We loved that the rental came with all sorts of amenities. We definitely plan to book again.

Tree House

My husband and I stayed at the tree house for 5 nights and loved it. The Tree House is very peaceful. From the moment we walked in we knew our stay was going to be amazing! First off, the house is masterfully crafted, immaculately clean, and so well stocked. The deck was a place of solitude, and the fire pit even came with all the fixings for s’mores! Our main purpose in visiting the area was to explore Sleeping Bear Dunes, which was a short 40 minute drive away. We loved the park but each day we looked forward to coming “home” to our tree house oasis. Just can’t say how much we enjoyed our stay and the owners were accessible, friendly, attentive, and tremendous host. If you are looking for a peaceful, clean, well crafted, and well thought out place to stay, this is the place!!

Such a Special Place!

This was the most amazing place we have ever stayed. It’s perfect. Very clean and well appointed. We went for our anniversary, what a wonderful place to reconnect with each other. We never wanted to leave. Already have plans to return next year. You will feel so close to nature, but not far from Traverse City or Interlochen. Priceless!

Beautiful Stay

Everything was perfect! The treehouse was well stocked with everything we needed and more. Incredibly peaceful and relaxing, with beautiful views all around. Comfy beds, super clean, great shower, which is a must after a day of exploring/hiking :) We enjoyed the fire pit at night and the quiet mornings on the deck surrounded by trees. Spectacular!

Tree House Ridge is stunning! The amenities are top notch, the Knoll family thought of absolutely everything you may need on a vacation and more! The accommodations are beautiful and so well kept. The welcome gift was an unexpected treat and made us feel right at home. We couldn’t help but to relax, unwind and take in the gorgeous nature setting with all of it’s sights and sounds. The birds greeted us over morning coffee on the balcony each day. The property is breathtaking and close to all that northern Michigan has to offer.
