The cabin was very nice. It had plenty of bedding, bathroom supplies and the kitchen was well stocked.

Not so great, but could be.

We were in-unit 4. Great location to the park and pretty area. Gary was a very gracious host. It could be a top notch place if it got a major deep clean and a paint refresh. Sink base was filthy and shower curtain liner only covered half the curtain. Window in bathroom missing inside double pain and curtain dirty. AC was very loud when shut off and turned on. Was road noise til later in evening. Bed and pillows were good.

Location was excellent,the house was spacious, nice beds. Outside area in very poor shape . Not sure how safe the house is as far as a fire hazard. Lights would blink on and off. Outlet would work , next time you tried to use coffee maker you had no power! Nice washer and dryer ! House needs a good cleaning.

Arrives at property following storm. No one checked the property before our arrival. Many large branches blocking access to rental that needed removal to use stairs. Rental was dirty. Clumps of dust, half drank tea can in shower, bathroom window open, slider doors in 2 rooms unlocked, fan in bedroom loaded with dust so unusable in hot room, holes in walls taped. Back deck disheveled (clearly more than a passing storm) and the deck clearly rotting under carpet as you step out from living room slider. Did not call rental when we arrived as I did not want people in our space while we were there and clearly people caring for the place did not care about quality of their work. Negative signs displayed about sheets/towels inventoried and charges for dirty dishes. Had to take the garbage to another location when we left. Contacted property after leaving regarding numerous issues. I was told they have “strict policies” on rental being locked so implied that wasn’t true and I should have called them when I arrived to address issues and were unwilling to refund any money despite the concerns presented. I would NOT recommend this property in addition to the poor response hiding behind policies and not the obvious state of the rental. Extremely disappointed.

Broken locks on the windows. Smelled awful. All sorts of junk around the property. We were out all night and one of the managers had entered our room in the morning and took my bathroom spray and couldn’t find it when I asked for it back. The posted photos are super misleading and I don’t understand where all of these good reviews are from. I feel bad for leaving a bad review because they were friendly enough but this listing is so inaccurate it hurts.

The property is beautiful, and it's a great location. The actual cabin and surrounding area is very dirty, with trash left under the back deck. The patio furniture was dusty and mostly broken. With a little clean up it's a 10 out 10. I'm not a neat freak, but garbage bags under the steps and broken furniture is not safe.

The river access is very nice and the location is good for the national park. The property would be a real gem if the cabin had some improvements. We did not stay the night because of some electrical issues, but the property owner treated us fairly.
