Luxury contemporary home located inside a private gated community (A Pocono Country Place) consisting of 5 private bedrooms 2 full baths and an outdoor sauna. Community offers access to 4 swimming pools, playgrounds, paddle boats mini golf basketball & tennis courts. Located in the heart of the Poconos within close proximity to water parks, skiing, snow tubing, recreational parks, hiking, fishing, biking, shopping and fine dining NASCAR & casinos

This is the ideal home to bring your family to. Located in an amazing private gated amenity rich community; A Pocono Country Place. Boasting over 4 pools, 3 clubhouses, 2 lakes, 1 swimming beach, paddle boats, a miniature golf course, multiple tennis courts, multiple basketball courts, and multiple playgrounds.

Home is located within a close proximity to indoor/outdoor water parks ( Great Wolf Lodge, Kalahari, Camelback ) skiing, snow tubing, recreational parks, hiking, fishing, biking, stadiums, shopping, fine dining, NASCAR, casinos and more.

All beds have new mattresses with fresh linens. Working air conditioners are installed in every bedroom.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Guest passes provide access to paddle boat rentals and access to all 4 pools. (Guest passes are not required for all other amenities).

** Guest passes may be obtained directly at the pool for a fee of $12 per person, per day.

***The community has a newly adopted policy which requires all guests to obtain a purple pass at the gate, prior to using the community swimming pools. If you plan to use the swimming pools during your stay, please make sure you get one at the gate when presenting your license and registration. The purple pool pass provided at the gate must be presented at the swimming pools to purchase passes.

**Seasonal outdoor swimming pool is open from Memorial Day until Labor Day. POOL HOURS ARE FROM 11:00AM-7:00PM.

**Tennis/basketball courts, shuffleboard, private lake beach, and boating is available May-August.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Deck w/ gas grill, fire pit, gazebo, outdoor dining table, outdoor sauna.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics, drip coffee maker, dishware/flatware, full knife set.

GENERAL: Free WiFi, complimentary hand soap, shampoo, body wash, linens/towels, trash bags, paper towels, heating & cooling, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods.

PARKING: Driveway (Unlimited but must get free parking pass at Community Entrance

Seasonal access to, 4 swimming pools, 3 clubhouses, 2 lakes, 1 swimming beach, paddle boats, a miniature golf course, multiple tennis courts, multiple basketball courts, and multiple playgrounds.

Note: POOL HOURS ARE FROM 11:00AM-7:00PM. Pools will be open daily from Memorial Day until Labor Day.

Got this for extended pre Christmas birthday celebration. House nicely accommodated family uniting from many areas. Pleasant neighborhood that had many deer in it. Weather make it very festive enjoyable weekend. Alex was very accessible and responsive!

Perfect weekend getaway

Photos do not do this house justice. Upon entering the home, the first thing we noticed was how clean the house is. All beds were neatly made, bathrooms were spotless and the kitchen was fully equipped. The house was plenty spacious for seven adults to accommodate our "guys weekend" as we watched the Eagles absolutely destroy the Cowboys. The living space was very cozy, with two large TV's and comfortable seating. The outdoor patio is well equipped to sit out and enjoy nature, eat food fresh off the grill, and enjoy quiet. The host was also incredibly responsive to aid us in any question that we had before and during our stay. We're already talking about returning next year for the Eagles / Cowboy game, and have recommended this home to a couple other close friends too. Highly recommend to families, or just friends looking for a weekend escape.

Beautiful house, needed some more upkeep

It was a great property and I would give it a 5 but there were too many items that weren't working. We needed to run laundry when we got there because some of the beds were still messy. The sauna wouldn't turn on, but it looked like charcoals were left inside to use instead of the actual heating element within it, so we didn't use that. One of the wall mounted game systems didn't work, while another had sticky buttons. The string lights around the backyard were mostly out, and there wasn't enough paper products or garbage bags for the weekend. They state there is a full cooking setup, but didn't have aluminum foil, oil, or salt & pepper, and the oven in the kitchen didn't have functional buttons to turn it on. (We were able to start the oven by downloading the LG app and connecting over wifi.) These were a lot of the concerns for the property. Even though there was a lot of problems, the owner was attentive and reasonable to work with on these problems. They even sent a handyman over to see if they could fix any of the items, and offered us another property he had down the road that the original renters had canceled on. These problems weren't enough to get us to go somewhere else though, the location was beautiful, and the house was a lot of fun. I would love to give a 5/5, but I simply couldn't for all of the items that didn't match up to the listing. I would like to thank Alex for being so helpful to work with, and for letting us stay in their beautiful home!

MY SELF MY HUSBAND MY DAUGHTER GRANDDAUGHTER MY BEST FRIEND HER HUSBAND HER SON AND HER 2 GRANDDAUGHTERS WERE IN TOWN TO CELEBRATE 2 BIRTHDAYS WE HAD THE BEST TIME EVER THE PROPERTY IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING BETTER THAN MY EXPECTATIONS !!!!! THE OWNER IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AND SO ACCOMMODATING!!!!!!! THE PROPERTY IS A 10 OUTTA 10 AND THE HOST IS A 10 OUTTA 10 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND I WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK!!!!!!!!
