Affordable and easily accessible via transit. Plenty of local options for food and general supplies. The space provided is enough to rest up and store your luggage. Staff is freindly and can speak enough English to communicate with foreigners.

Love the rooftop area they also provide heaters. Laundry cost 200 yen and clothes did not dry well. The capsules were very clean and the rooms were quiet

Great location. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Convenient to the metro. Easy to get to Ueno Park where many museums are. It was nice that you get fresh towels every day. The kitchen wasn't much. A small area, a microwave, and a kind of steam cooker.

Very convenient and cozy place to lay your head down. Shower and laundry, though only small loads. If you have trouble getting to sleep with people snoring, they do provide earplugs for cheap.
