Front desk staff and chambermaids were superlative. The suite was a great use of space. The regular rooms seemed cramped like the bottom of a cruiseship. The front desk was especially helpful with umbrellas and getting taxis to get around. The location was a short walk to the subway to travel to local neighborhoods (Ginza,Shibuya Tower, Tokyo Station, temples and shrines). Breakfast buffet and rooftop bar was available.

Great hotel and staff. Clean rooms and facilities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They let me check in an hour earlier than what was listed and assisted me with upgrading my room when I realized my original room was smaller than I expected. There was a cost, but less than i thought it would be. They have a laundry room which was helpful, but only 2 washers/dryers so it’s not always available. They also have umbrellas available for rent on rainy days. The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from the main strip in Shinjuku, so very close to everything but quite a night. I would definitely stay here again.

Area around the hotel was great, but I’ve stayed in better hotels around a similar area. The rooms were very cramped and suitcases had to be opened on the bed to get access. Staff were ok, not the friendliest but not impolite in anyway. Parking was a headache as you had to keep asking for a padlock to be removed so you could park/move the car

Room was very clean and well facilitated. Room was a bit small but seems normal for Tokyo. Polite staff and helpful. They provided rental umbrellas which was super convenient for rainy day. We could stay again. Cons: Breakfast could be improved.

The staff at the hotel were excellent! Very accommodating and super helpful with our luggage shipment, holding our bags and reserving a taxi for us. The room was larger than others we stayed in in Tokyo, but the bathroom smelled bad and was uncomfortable and our room's window was stuck open, so we heard street noise through the night. We could have called down to ask for help with the window or another room, but really it wasn't worth bothering them as overall it was a good enough hotel for one night. :) Again, the staff was absolutely wonderful. P.S. Shinjuku is a lively place with a lot of host bars and interesting characters. It wasn't dangerous, but was a bit dirtier and sketchier than other parts of Tokyo.

Good location for us. We were put in a room that smelled like cigarettes. Arrived late in evening. Staff tried to tell us there was no smell which was frustrating. Unable to move us to another room that night but day staff much more reasonable and got us moved in the morning. Hopefully they will better clean that room so this doesn’t happen to other guests. Breakfast is excellent.

Their rooms are a bit small but the property itself is not bad. The breakfast is ok . Would rather really go out to get breakfast but it is convenient to have it in hotel. Good location, quiet and walkable to almost everything. Staff is nice and accommodating.
