Room had everything you could ask for. Refrigerator, freezer, microwave, a place to cook and laundry. Location is nice, quiet at night and a train station down the street. Will be coming back here 100%.

Say 3.75/5 stars. Getting the “bad” stuff out of the way. The washer/dryer we had didn’t work properly. Would wash but wouldn’t dry. An error code popped up every time saying the filters were dirty but zero dirt so I’m assuming it had to do with an air vent we couldn’t clean ourselves. Didn’t bother getting it fixed while we were there. Not on the hotel. On me as I really only used the washer a couple of times. Just mentioning it as it may occur. Room was kind of run down. Walls are NOT white. More yellow? Room looks like the photos, just edited to look cleaner and more like white walls. Some wall paper peeling & bathroom had a mild mildew smell that would trail out into the room but leaving the vent on helped. Have free coffee and stuff in the lobby but coffee line can get long cause there’s only one and it does take a good minute or two to spew out a latte, matcha, coffee, etc. Overall tho. Washer was still very convenient! Free coffee & very decent coffee/lattes from a machine was still a plus! Had a view of a neighborhood/city skyline from the room which was also nice. Location is very good though. Good food around that can easily walk to. A station that is right down the street that’ll take you to Tokyo, Shibuya, or Shinjuku and can transfer at any of them to take you anywhere else! Didn’t have much staff interaction but the small amount I did seemed fine! Overall I’d recommend. This is my experience. I’d stay here again. Could easily be 4 stars!

As far as we are concerned, the hotel is very nice, the staff are excellent and very attentive. It’s located in a very chill area of Tokyo with many restaurants, bars, grocery and convenience, stores, and more! I would disregard the majority of reviews talking about it being an older hotel, because that simply does not matter. The room size is great for Tokyo and it’s super easy to get to wherever you want to go, whether you’re taking the train a taxi or an Uber. Definitely would stay here again.

Excellent staff with great English ability. My room was perfectly clean, AC worked well, and it had a good sized bathroom. Very convenient location, just a 2 minute walk from Yotsuya station, and there's a 24hr Family Mart right next to the hotel entrance.

The breakfast offerings sounded like a great option but in reality were just not good at all. Microwaving frozen items for convenience is one thing but the quality was just not there. Much better options available at local convenience store. But on the good side, the coffee in the self service area was really good. Hotel overall was OK but for the prices charged was not a good value. Prices are on par with 5 star hotel we stayed at the 2 nights previously. Staff was very helpful but did not understand the baggage delivery service that we wanted to send our bags to airport on departure day. We asked about baggage delivery timing and were told “ as long as bags are dropped by 9am” Turned out we needed to reserve day prior AND drop off by 9 am. This left us dragging our suitcases around Tokyo all day before flight. Live and learn…

Very convenient location. Train and subway stations are 7 mins walk from the hotel. Love their amenities, coffee machine had great selections. Croissants available early evening. Washer/dyer unit inside room was awesome. Microwave, ref and mini kitchen were very useful. The staff was friendly and very helpful. There are convenience stores and pharmacy right next to the hotel. We would come back again to this hotel.
