Deluxe double room. Washer/dryer, refrigerator/freezer in room were very convenient. Our balcony overlooked a residential neighborhood giving us a feeling of typical Japan living.

The breakfast offerings sounded like a great option but in reality were just not good at all. Microwaving frozen items for convenience is one thing but the quality was just not there. Much better options available at local convenience store. But on the good side, the coffee in the self service area was really good. Hotel overall was OK but for the prices charged was not a good value. Prices are on par with 5 star hotel we stayed at the 2 nights previously. Staff was very helpful but did not understand the baggage delivery service that we wanted to send our bags to airport on departure day. We asked about baggage delivery timing and were told “ as long as bags are dropped by 9am” Turned out we needed to reserve day prior AND drop off by 9 am. This left us dragging our suitcases around Tokyo all day before flight. Live and learn…

Very convenient location. Train and subway stations are 7 mins walk from the hotel. Love their amenities, coffee machine had great selections. Croissants available early evening. Washer/dyer unit inside room was awesome. Microwave, ref and mini kitchen were very useful. The staff was friendly and very helpful. There are convenience stores and pharmacy right next to the hotel. We would come back again to this hotel.

Staying here was like having a studio apartment! The bath tub, kitchen, refrigerator and microwave, and location met our needs. The dryer was difficult because it was on for 12 hours waking us up beeping, and the clothes were super wrinkled. The washing machine was great. We will definitely try to return here again.

It was okay, location was great. My only real issue is the bathroom was outdated and it smells bad. I tried buying products to clean it but it did not work. Also, I asked for a late checkout of 12pm instead of 11am and they said it would be $103 USD. We weren’t out the room by 11am, at 11:05 they called the room as we were walking out to see what was taking so long.

The room size and in room amenities were good, we loved having laundry for free in the room. There was usually dirty laundry and garbage left in the hallways, and the floors and some linens were dirty during our stay.

Would not chose a second time.

Room felt old. Carpets had stains and hallways were kind of gross. No air conditioning in the hallways and it was about 97 degrees with 80-90 % humidity every day almost. Met other guest using the down elevator who were sweating profusely and had the same complaint. Also, they had this croissant locked box for breakfast? It was only available to access between 3pm and 7pm. The time most likely everyone was out.
