Location is about a 10-15 min walk from the Shibuya Station, Great if you take the Airport Limo to the Mark City Station and just walk to the property. It was a nice stay. A little too close to the train tracks, however I was out for most of the days/nights so it didnt affect my sleep. Great location for the activities i wanted to do and I quite enjoyed the onsen

Amenities were outstanding loved all the extras we got. Great place to stay. Great location. The only thing we were aware of is that it’s next to a cemetery. We could see the headstones out our window. Other than that it was great 👍

Amazing location in the heart of Shibuya and Harajuku. Rooms are tiny and beds and pillows are stiff. Onsen (spa) was small, clean, and refreshing. And free laundry!

The location is really solid, it's right in between shibuya crossing and harajuku. Only thing that was a downside is I couldn't use the hotel onsen because of tattoos

The location is amazing - perfect to walk around and explore Shibuya, Ginza, Harajuku, Shinjuku. The staff tried their best but they speak very little English. Breakfast is really really good!

The location was good for restaurants and train stations. The staff was friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the noodles at night and the ice cream.
