Great Hotel in a perfect location! Very quiet and comfortable. Bonus was the Onsen / sauna facility ( just a shame you can’t use it before 3pm) Another bonus was the free Ramen soup in the evening. Overall an excellent stay!

Great onsen spa for sore muscles. The cold bath followed by mineral warm bath was such a treat followed by free treats. Comfy pajamas and great location too.

Stayed for one night after 6 days in Sequence Miyashita Park. This was sadly a big downgrade (although expected) and the room was very very small. Bed was comfy enough and room was clean but glad we didn’t have to stay much longer. Staff very helpful.

Location is amazing! 10 minute walk to Shibuya crossing and away from the crazyness. Rooms are small but that is standard Tokyo. Breakfast buffet is awesome.

The only possible complaint I could have about this property is the pillows, location, and price. It's just a little tucked away from stations and it's right next to a train rail which makes it a fairly noisy option, and isn't so luxurious to overcome this reality. The evening Ramen and the public onsen are awesome treats however, the beds are comfortable and the rooms are excellent aside from limited charging options. The staff is very friendly and the neighborhood is safe and low key but with walkable interesting things to go to nearby. The stations aren't far, but a little bit of a walk.

Perfectly located between Shibuya and Harajuku. 10-15 min walk to either. We walked everywhere. Party of 5. 2 rooms. A Queen room for 2 (room 303) and a double twin room for 3 (room 201). They provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash. Lotion is available in the onsens. They provide pajamas and slippers. So fun. Onsen etiquette is very straightforward. Lots of signs explaining how it works. Bring your towel from your room. Ladies, they provide hair brushes, hair ties, and cotton pads for make up remover/ toner. Onsen has different shampoos and conditioners in addition to the ones provided in the rooms. Onsen has hot tub, cold tub and dry sauna, then 6-8 individual shower stations. We never heard the train, except in the womens onsen in the morning when it was super quiet and the window was open. Yes, free ramen after 9:30pm, free yakults in the morning, and free popsicles at night. Check in and out are easy. They hold your luggage.

Its in Shibuya about 15 min walk to the main shopping and dining areas and Shibuya station. A little bit off the main path location and if it wasn't Japan, might even feel a little unsafe but otherwise was fine. The rooms are tiny but functional. If you need or want to stay in Shibuya I thought it was a good location, but wife felt otherwise. Definitely some positives and negatives that people will have differing opinions on.

I would describe the Dormy Inn as average. The rooms were ok but nothing special with a view overlooking a railway line and graveyard. The breakfast lacks a few norms such as fresh orange juice. When we asked reception for an extra couple of pillows they said they could only provide one! Overall not a very memorable experience.

We had a wonderful stay here! The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is the bed/pillows weren't the most comfortable, but after a long day in Tokyo we had no problems sleeping regardless.

Lovely hotel in Tokyo, the ice creams, noodles and yoghurts offered throughout the day was a great addition. The onsen was lovely and great after a long day of travelling. It’s in a great location within walking distance to Shibuya and Harajuku. The only issue was they only gave us one pillow each and when requested more they said they had no more.

Our stay was good. Bed was very small to share with my son and we are not big people. Breakfast was ok. Hotel was close to everything, great location. It is next to the train tracks but if you keep the window closed it’s pretty quiet. The bathroom had a sulfur Oder but that may because of the hot springs onsite. I did not use the onsen because we have tattoos which prevented us from be allowed to use it. All good we knew that before we came.

A great little hotel to stay with family. It is well located - really close to transport, Shibuya scramble and Takeshita street. Lots of little delight moments make up for the noisy location. It is right on the train tracks so there is constant train noise. The rooms are small but well laid out and workable. Overall a great hotel for a short Tokyo stay.
