Nice place

It was a nice stay. However, we asked the cleaning ladies not to clean our room. They still came in and changed towels and took out garbage when we were not there. My husband was most worried about leaving money there but it was all fine.

Location was fairly close so if you choose to walk to a station, it’s not far. Walkable to many shops and eatery. Safe and convenient area. Front desk staff was great, friendly and helpful. Rooms clean, housekeeping great. It was a bit smaller than it seemed online but still cozy.

Boutique hotel tucked away around a corner with small shops and friendly restaurants when you walk out the door. Rooms were small, but while appointed with great blackout shades,our view look down a side street. Walking distance from the Metro Station, luxury shopping district and transportation to sites. Coffee and tea in lobby with a small cafe downstairs. No breakfast buffet offered. Friendly excellent staff.

I liked the area but the room was very small. The bathroom was small and the shower wasn't particularly pleasing. I also got a large splinter in my hand while handling the folding table. That was unpleasant.

Everything was great!! Initially they gave us a very small room for 2 people but we asked for a bigger room and they upgraded us free of charge. Samsung staff and very close to shopping and subway stations!!

What a lovely hidden gem in the heart of Ginza, Tokyo!. I loved this hotel and had a double bed room which was pretty spacious compared to most Japan hotels. Very clean and front desk are very helpful plus offer amenities. Lots of train stations within 3-5 minutes of walking. In the middle of a Huge shopping district. Lots of restaurants and eating options. Loved the little French cafe on the 1st floor- perfect for morning breakfast and coffee. Definitely would go back.

Nice hotel in a good location. Great customer service staff. Room was clean and had all the basic needs . Definitely recommend if you're looking to stay in the Ginza area.

We had a person in our group who could not walk long distances and the hotel offered a wheel chair that we used throughout the stay. Very much appreciated and allowed her to see more of Tokyo. This is probably her last trip to Japan and it made her stay more memorable.

We stayed in a room with two twin beds and it was perfect for our weekend stay. A short walk to shopping area in Ginza. The only downside was the room was quite warm and temp was not changeable…we didn’t complain to front desk but I don’t think the A/C was turned on for building yet since it was end of Feb/early March. In hindsight we should have asked about it but the rest of the stay was fine. As many toiletries as you need. Did not use other services the hotel had to offer. There is a nice cafe downstairs and many convenience stores and train stations nearby. Plenty of good coffee shops as well.
