Great Hotel, Stayed for 10 nights and no issues. Pros: Clean, Very quite & safe area, awesome grocery store across the street is a huge bonus, friendly staff. Taxi/Uber drivers have no issues locating hotel. Cons: No restaurants close by, Laundry room is outdated.

Second time, better than first.

We stayed here 2 years ago, and they have really updated the rooms. The price is a little higher, but still a very good value as my wife's family lives nearby and it is very convenient. We also had our infant son with us, and the room with the second bed/couch as a bit small (as is everything in Japan), but worked. The kitchenette was handy for making formula and coffee, and the small fridge allowed us some room for snacks to keep. We stayed 5 days, and it was a bit tight, but worked for us. We did have a drunk guy knock on our door one night, thinking it was his room, but that was the only issue we had close to being negative. Certainly not the hotel's fault.

The room was good it served its purpose. It has a grocery right across the street. The only downside is it is ifar from popular attractions.

its a renovation hotel, room is clean & spacious amongst Tokyo hotels. though the hotel should improve their sewage, bad smell from somewhere in the toilet.

Comfortable and spacious room

Room was clean , spacious and self sufficient , complete with a kitchenette. Location is about 15mins walk to train station. Hotel customer service was not very good as I tried to cancel one room and booked a parking slot but it was not understood by the relevant staffs , online and at check in.

Great front desk, very helpful staff. Good value for the price. Grocery store across from hotel and convenience stores close by. Dining options within 10 minutes walk (Kagurazaka area). Lots of access to train lines.

First they gave us a dirty room then we had to wait for another half an hour to get a clean room. It was 4:30pm - I don’t know why it took them this long to get a clean room. Front desk staff didn’t speak English and nobody was telling us what’s going on. Even the manager didn’t speak English. We were very frustrated.
