Not for family traveller with big luggage, room so small that luggage no place up put or open up. The room size was suppose to be slightly bigger than what we had in Kyoto other hotel but not. No provide mineral water. Guys staff much friendlier than the lady staff. Toilet very big. Think the size goes into the toilet. Twin bedder was at Annex building so troublesome. And they had level one for rooms. I'm surprised. Each room design was different as we have 3 rooms. No make up of room or toilet, only change towel and clear bins.

The hotel is minutes away from the nearest Tokyo Metro station and within 20-25 minutes from Shibuya and Shinjuku stations. The full breakfast provided was excellent.

Overall nice and simple property. Very quiet area. Getting to the subway is very convenient. A bit of a walk to get to restaurants and shopping areas. Convenient 711 nearby. Has scale for luggage and currency exchange machine. Hallways are open to the outside environment. Wished it had better amenities, better ice machine, and a coffee machine. Showers could be nicer and have better functionality where the water doesn’t catch on the sides and leak out onto the bathroom floor. Some more towels provided would be nice. Staff were accommodating snd friendly. Nice and easy stay!

Rise and Shine!

The hotel is close to a subway exit, but still a couple of stops away from other attractions. I saw a sign at subway that mentioned last train 2100? My negative remarks: This hotel has two buildings. We stayed in the second building, which is separate from the lobby that had all the amenities. Just a heads-up, no blackout curtains!!!! —light sleepers, take note. While it wasn’t the best fit for my needs, it could be a decent option if you don’t mind the early morning sun.

The bathroom smelled like a sewage the whole time while we stayed at this hotel, and there were balls of dust on the bedsheets. We asked the front desk to clean the room and do something with the smell, they did not do anything at all the balls of dust were still there and the beds were obviously not made up and the smell was still there. Since they didn't do anything I asked them to do, I asked them if we could change the room. When we went to check the new room that room also smelled but the employee told us that this was the only room left, however, later on, after asking again, they showed us a different room so they lied to us about having no other rooms available. We thought that room was okay at first but overnight they smell had piled up in the bathroom again so we're guessing that all rooms smell the same. We stayed at three different hotels during our trip and this was the worst place.
