Very helpful staff, and great location close to Tokyo station and plenty of restaurants/shopping. Room was very small, but that was expected. Would be nice to have space to set our suitcases!

The room was smaller than we imagined. They wouldn't change our towels unless we brought our old towels down to the front desk. The staff wasn't very friendly or helpful with recommendations in the area.

Came here for Star Wars celebration, no complaints. Biggest plus was location. Had a 7-11 literally across the hotel, easy check in. Staff was very accommodating as well. Train stations were like a 10 minute or less walk; or if you don’t want to walk just take a taxi there for like $5! Great hotel will definitely be coming back.

Perfectly fine for the money but the rooms are very small, even for Tokyo standards. The twin room had 2 mattresses but they were side by side with no gap between. The hotel seems to be used by large tour groups.
