Great space for the 4 of us.The unit was clean and new. Although they spoke very limited English the staff was friendly and hospitable. Close to 2 main train stations, and a beautiful walk along the River. Lots of food options and the bus limousine from the airports stopped 1 block away. Quit neighborhood even though the freeway was really close. Highly recommend

The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable and safe. Although the room was clean and serviceable, on two occasions, I did find some live small roaches in the bathroom. Other than that, there were no issues.

The room was spacious compared with other hotels of similar price. I like the laundry in the room very much. Especially during hot and humid summer, we need to wash our clothes everyday.

This place was great for my family of 5 (including 2 elementary students and a middle schooler)! The taxi driver and I had some trouble getting the address on the gps and the hotel receptionist helped clear things up for us. The service was friendly and I couldn’t ask for more! I was too tired to use the kitchenette but there were nearby places to get food so we were all happy!
