Room was clean, bed was firm and lots of pillows. Bathroom wasn’t the most updated. But the facilities and accommodation met all my needs. Close to yutenji station and easy commute to shibuya. Would recommend and would stay again.

Love the neighborhood! Very quaint and refreshing from the tourist heavy places. The bedsheet are clean. I really want to give it a better review. Staff are not very friendly when we checked in. The place is really outdated, and don’t trust the photo. We moved away before our reservation ends, would not recommend this hotel. It’s really not a hotel, more like a motel?

The staff was tremendously swift in replying to and assisting me. The room was clean and perfect for a two-week trip. It was extremely hot and humid, so having a washer and dryer in the room was necessary. The hotel is a 3-minute walk from the station (very convenient). The area has grocery stores, convenience stores and restaurants.

Overall, a good hotel but with some minor issues.

The service was very reliable and went out of their way to accomodate me. I also enjoy the washing machine in the room and was convenient. The only things I was not satisfied about were the pillows were not as comfy and had some trouble sleeping on them. I also didn't enjoy the washing machine's drying function as it didn't seem to dry at all. I had to walk to a nearby coin laundry to dry them.

Tokyu Hotel Yutenji was clean and located at a convenient location. The thing I love this hotel the most is about people. The staff members are so kind and attentive. They have a coffee machine and we can have cup of coffee anytime we want. They provide different kinds of tea bag. There are books we can read at Front Desk area and they have a nice cute book marks for souvenirs for free. I love those detailed services. I hope I can book this hotel for my next trip to Japan.

Place is quiet. Beddings are clean and comfortable. Stores and restaurants are within a five minute walk. Situated in an area away from the crowd or tourists. Gives a feeling of old Japan vibes which is great.
